The Portal

The client portal can be used to upload or download files that we want to share between ourselves.  Upon successful login, the portal looks like this with a navigation menu down the left hand side of the screen:

Contact Us

Here you can find our contact details including our address and phone number.

You can also click the boxes to:

  1. Visit our website
  2. Send us an email
  3. Book a meeting (virtual or physical)

Client Details

This section includes the contact details we hold for you and your contact preferences.

You can update these here by clicking on the edit buttons or applying the button toggles to your contact preferences.

Files

The files section includes folders and files relevant to you and your business.

They are split into categories and can be navigated just like your files on a PC or Mac.

Below each folder there is an indicator on your permissions for each folder – read only or read & upload.
