How to invite us to your QuickBooks

Like vampires, you have to invite us in.....

How to Invite us:

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then choose Manage users.
  2. Go to Accounting firms tab.
  3. Invite us by adding keith.wood@westlancsacc.co.uk and then select Invite.
  4. If you have an existing Accountant user, select Invite at the top right to add a new one

We will receive an email invitation with instructions on how to sign up to your company.

Once we accept your invite, the status on the “Manage Users” screen changes from Invited to Active.

We can then can log in to your QuickBooks with admin access.

Keep in mind:

  • You can invite up to 2 accountants in Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus plans. In Advanced plan, you can invite up to 3
  • We doesn’t count toward your user limit
  • You need to be an admin to invite us

How to Remove Your Old accountant

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then choose Manage users.
  2. Go to Accounting firms tab, then find the accountant you wish to remove.
  3. From the Action drop-down, choose Delete.
  4. Select Delete to confirm.
